The specific scope of services for each client engagement will be outlined in a separate Scope of Work (SOW) agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, videos, and other materials produced by Final_Final are the intellectual property of Final_Final unless otherwise stated in a contract or agreement. Clients may use the delivered content as outlined in the SOW or service agreement. Unauthorized use of our content without express written permission is prohibited.

4. Use of Website

You may not use our website in any way that may cause damage to the website or impair the availability or accessibility of the website. You must not use our website to transmit or distribute any malicious software or harmful content.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services provided by Final_Final will be outlined in each individual service agreement or Scope of Work (SOW) and are not processed through this website.

6. Confidentiality

Final_Final will treat all client-provided information as confidential unless such information is publicly available or expressly stated otherwise. Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the project without written consent from the other party.

7. Revisions

As part of the creative process, reasonable revisions are included in the service agreement as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as outlined in the applicable Scope of Work (SOW). Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Final_Final reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms or the SOW.

9. Limitation of Liability

Final_Final will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Final_Final, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the use of our services or breach of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Final_Final is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites and accessing them is at your own risk.
